These Terms of Service govern use of the Zenic Industries website, operated by Zenic Industries, Inc., and any service requests submitted through our online forms, phone calls, or email. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site functionality.

2. Service Requests and Estimates

Information provided through our forms is used to review project needs, contact you, and prepare inspections or estimates. Submitting a form does not create a binding contract. Final scope, pricing, and timing are confirmed in a written agreement.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Zenic Industries, Inc. ("Zenic Industries"), 704 S 300 E, Cedar City, UT 84720, operates a text messaging (SMS) program for customers who opt in on our website. Messages are sent from (435) 572-4702. When you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box on our contact form at https://www.zenic.industries/contact, you agree to receive text messages from Zenic Industries at the number provided. The program is non-marketing only and covers inspection scheduling, estimates, appointment reminders, and insurance claim updates. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

SMS opt-in is optional and is not a condition of submitting our contact form, receiving an estimate, or purchasing services. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS messages from Zenic Industries. By providing your phone number and checking a consent box, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (435) 572-4702, or reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Marketing and CRM Systems
