You can unsubscribe from promotional emails or texts at any time, and we limit access to lead data to authorized team members and service providers who need it to perform their roles.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Consent and Opt-In Data

Zenic Industries, Inc. sends text (SMS) messages only to people who opt in. SMS opt-in is optional and is not a condition of submitting our contact form, receiving an estimate, or purchasing services. You opt in by providing your phone number on our contact form at https://www.zenic.industries/contact and voluntarily checking the SMS consent box. The box is unchecked by default, and the form submits whether or not you check it.

  • Messages are non-marketing only and cover inspection scheduling, estimates, appointment reminders, and insurance claim updates. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS messages. By providing your phone number and checking a consent box, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
  • Messages are sent from (435) 572-4702. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
